[BFA] Drawing

All of My Tears, The End of Sight is an investigation of where my sight ends and my thoughts begin, resulting in an exploration of the auric, energetic and emotional fields of our spaces. The works are large-scale visual experiences translated from an intuitive replication of crystalline structures, embodying physicality in union with serenity.

In my work, I create drawings and paintings from graphite, charcoal, oil paint, paint thinner, paper and canvas. Elements from painting and drawing are combined to form a map of visual consciousness. My work incorporates strong linear sequences, angles, abstract biomorphic forms, shredded gradients, layered, fractured planes of perspective and thin applications of pigments. All of My Tears, The End of Sight focuses on representing the non-dualistic relationship between sight and thought as a tangible experience. The works are largely spiritual, and guide the viewer to observe their own intuitions and breadth of consciousness.
