Thesis Title

The human connection to a place may be attributed to design, which acts as a representation of human experiences. By looking at multiple graphic identities of locations and environmental experience graphics I will see how design can contribute to a city’s evolution. The sustainable growth of a city can also develop through focusing on and benefiting the residents of the city. With this in mind, I intend to create a visual identity system for the city of Lincoln, Nebraska that focuses on nurturing city-citizen interactions.

Exhibitions:
Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged.

Scholarships:
It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
