The comic book that I designed based on my own true story. From the Covid to the present, I have not been back to my home country for three years as a Chinese student. During this period, whether it’s COVID-19, politics, racial hatred or personal family reasons. All of these have caused me to feel lonely, isolated, fearful, anxious, and miserable. I put my own stories and emotions into the comics and present them with an exaggerated spiritual world. I designed this comic in the hope that I can talk about my own story fearlessly, which will allow me to live a more active life in the future. I know it’s not essay for everyone during this time, but I believe we can get through it.
