The University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s School of Art, Art History and Design annually highlights the creative pursuits and innovation of graduating undergraduate candidates for Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) and Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) with a spring and fall exhibition. Currently on display in the Eisentrager-Howard Gallery, the biannual Capstone Exhibition satisfies the degree requirement for these students to share their work. Projects can be viewed in person at the Eisentrager-Howard Gallery this week, from December 11 through December 14, 12:00-5:00 pm. This exhibition can also be viewed virtually at unldesign.com.
The School of Art, Art History & Design will be hosting a closing reception for the Capstone Exhibition on Friday, December 15 from 5 to 7 pm in the Eisentrager-Howard Gallery, in Richards Hall. At 6 pm, Director Francisco Souto will announce the award winners. Selected by the School of Art, Art History & Design faculty, the awards are given to students whose works display creative and technical excellence. The reception is free and open to the public.
